We apply an oil spot primer onto the stain to prevent it from eating through the new layer of sealcoat. Unfortunately, not all stains can be completely removed, but our primer usually eliminates normal oil stains.

Crack-filling is included with our sealcoat price. We install a high-quality, hot applied crack and joint sealant to your cracks before sealcoating. The sealed cracks prevent moisture deterring further damage.

Not at all, we'll take care of everything. Although we do ask that any vehicles are out of the garage and off the driveway before we arrive.

We do not need you to clean or prepare the driveway in any way. We clean and prepare the driveway for sealing when we arrive.

We can apply the sealcoat to your driveway with a spray or squeegee. Spray application provides a uniform look and wears more evenly over time. If you prefer, you can request squeegee application when you request a free estimate.

The sealer will not harm the grass. If the sealcoat is over-sprayed slightly onto the lawn, you can simply mow the lawn and that should get rid of the sealer.

In most cases, you can walk and drive on the driveway within 24 hours after sealcoating. However, dry times for sealcoat depend greatly on the exposure to the sun and temperatures.

New asphalt should be sealed 12-18 months after installation. Sealcoat should then be applied every 3 years afterwards.
